The European "Reefer" plugs are unique and incompatible with the normal European standard 32A fittings. 

The Reefer plugs earth pin is located at 3 o'clock, while the earth pin for the usual European standard fittings is located at 6 o'clock.

The leads can be tested and tagged ready for use before dispatch.

The quarterly colour-coded tags.

RED = Dec – Feb

GREEN = Mar-May

BLUE = Jun – Aug

YELLOW = Sep – Nov
